Leading commercial furniture distributor, Seating Masters recently helped Arlo’s Country Store & Tavern with their grand opening by providing it with tables tops, bases and American made solid wood commercial chairs.

Arlo’s County Store opened in 2002 as a gas station and convenience store. The Tavern opened in 2007. The store is known for its country feel and unique gifts and country furniture. The owner and his business partner started a rustic (shabby chic) furniture business in the early 90’s.  They were pickers before “picking” was cool. Most of what they picked or made from recycled material was sold in NYC. After 9/11 the market changed drastically and they decided to diversify into a gas station and store because there was a need for it in the area. They quickly caught on with the locals, travelers, the many summer youth camps ,skiers snowmobilers, motorcycle riders and others. Arlo’s is also a live music destination.

Arlo’s also has a restaurant that serves pizza, sandwiches, burgers, , salads, wraps, Stromboli, buffalo wings and more. They also have a tavern which has a full bar and they have rooms for rent which include a kitchenette, den area with sofa and fireplace, bathroom and shower and cable tv

The owner of Arlo’s Country Store & Tavern turned to Seating Masters for new seating for their dining room. The owner decided to go with classic, Premium US Made Vertical Slat Side Chair in walnut finish with solid wood seats. The Premium US Made Vertical Slat Side Chair is made of FSC certified solid wood responsibly harvested in the Midwest. The wood chairs are available in 5 standard finishes: mahogany, walnut, natural, cherry and dark mahogany. Customers can choose either a solid wood, saddle shaped seat or an American made padded seat upholstered in vinyl or fabric. The Premium US Made Vertical Slat Side Chair sells for $79 on Seating Master’s website. A matching bar stool is also available and sells for $90.

For tables the owner bought Seating Master’s Reversible Table Tops in mahogany and black finish with black t-mold edge. The table tops also come in oak and walnut finish with brown t-mold edge and come in many sizes and shapes. Prices for the Reversible Table Top start at $22. Table bases, which the owner also bought are sold separately.
