Restaurant furniture supplier helps Hawthorne, NV diner with its successful grand re-opening by supplying it with restaurant booths.

Leading restaurant furniture manufacturer and distributor Seating Masters recently helped Maggie’s Once More in Hawthorne, Nevada with its successful grand re-opening by supplying it with new restaurant booths.

Maggie’s is “Once More”. The family restaurant is back under original ownership of Maggie’s daughter, Sharon Lattin and her husband, Cal.

The totally remodeled dining room now seats around 100. The Lattin’s have taken it back to what they know will work but have added a few gourmet items for specials. Instead of an all you can eat salad bar; the restaurant will now feature “all you can eat” specials.

The original Maggie’s was opened as a bakery on Jan. 10, 1993 at the same location. Moving to Nevada to help her mother, with her daughter Sarah, only five years of age, they would learn the business and have made Mineral County their home. Working alongside her mother, Sarah is now training to be a manager and is excited to bring technology into the restaurant with a new tableside tablet which allows patrons to pay tableside instead of handing off their credit card.

Maggie’s Once more is a coffee shop located in Hawthorne, Nevada, located halfway between Las Vegas and Lake Tahoe. The restaurant serves comfort food as well as traditional Mexican and Spanish food. They are open for breakfast and serve continental cuisine for breakfast such as omelets, scrambled eggs, French toast, biscuits, sausages, bacon hash browns and more. Lunch entrees include comfort food such as mac & cheese and Mexican dishes such as chicken fajitas, tacos and Spanish rice. They also have sandwiches such as turkey melt. For dinner they serve traditional American cuisine such as tri-tip steak

The owner of Maggie’s Once More was looking for affordable seating and something that would be comfortable for families.
