El Charro Mexican Restaurant is located in Farmington, Minnesota. The menu at El Charro offers some familiar Tex-Mex fare, but also some more traditional items from Guadalajara, where Arellano is from. The best item on the menu, he said, is something called mocajete, a lava stone bowl filled with seafood, cheese, squash and salsa served with tortillas. The owner of El Charro Mexican Restaurant was looking for affordable seating and something that would be comfortable for families.
